COMMISSIONED BY THE MOBILE ART'S COUNCIL, THIS UTILITY BOX WAS PAINTED BY SHANLIE WHITTINGTON IN 2023 AND IS LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN MOBILE, ALABAMA, ON ST. JOSEPH STREET (DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE FEDERAL BUILDING AND THE UNITED STATES COURTHOUSE).
