SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are happy to offer free domestic shipping on all orders!
Most items ship via USPS within 3-5 business days, but please allow at least one-two weeks from order placement for shipment.
All items are mailed in a plastic sleeve and rigid protective envelope.
For custom silhouettes:
All items are shipped via USPS Priority, which includes tracking and insurance.
If in the event an item is damaged upon arrival, customer covers the cost of returning the item for a replacement. We will cover additional shipping of a new product back to you.
If you would like an item expedited, contact us and we can inform you as to additional shipping fees.
If purchasing from outside the USA or for expedited domestic shipping options, please contact us prior to placing your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please bear in mind that you are commissioning a traditional piece of art, and not a computer-generated silhouette. We cut all portraits freehand and do our very best to render a true and accurate likeness...we hope you are pleased with the results!
If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with our work, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have any questions about our techniques or specific requests regarding your silhouette, please ask prior to purchasing your item. Refunds are not available on custom silhouettes, but we are happy to provide a replacement portrait upon request.
